Perfect labels
every time
Fully integrated into our coating and converting lines, all three of our rotary die-cutting stations offer outstanding precision, real consistency, and total control. Easy to operate and ideal for standard and intricate shape labels, all stations are highly-efficient and built with the die-cutting cylinder and anvil on cassette for exceptionally quick turnaround times. Each station cuts through adhesive cleanly and accurately, leaving no marks whatsoever. Plus, other converting/finishing operations can be effortlessly added in line for all the flexibility you need.
HD horizontal
Efficiently quick
Our HD Horizontal unit offers clean, accurate cutting with absolutely zero marks. For easy set up and quick turnaround times, the cylinder and anvil are on cassettes. The unit has been expertly designed so you can die cut on either side of the web, without having to change the paper path. What’s more, when labels require two cuts, you can opt for our Double HD Horizontal Die variation. Extremely efficient, they’re both praised by customers for their consistent performance day in day out.
HD vertical
Value that's built into the performance
The HD Vertical Die-Cutting station features a robust, vertical design making it the perfect choice when both sheeting and die-cutting are required. Like the HD Horizontal, it’s easy to operate and noted for the clean, mark-free cutting through adhesive. As a cost-effective die-cutting solution, it’s engineered to deliver speed, accuracy and precision time after time.
Pellicut
The art of cutting on thin films
ETI’s Pellicut stands out for its reliable consistency and exceptional precision. The Pellicut features a patented W anti-deflection design which maintains consistent pressure to eliminate the occurrence of marks on the liner from cutting. It’s ability to die cut on thin liners means less waste and a more sustainable operation. Its sturdy construction, and precise/fluid temperature control is engineered to perform at high speeds. Because the die cutting cylinder and anvil are on cassette, you benefit from quick changeovers for maximum efficiency.
RD Scorer 2.0
Upgrade to precise performance
With ETI’s new RD Scorer, you can count on more precision in every score cut.
Highlights include a super rigid 3.250-inch anvil roller which results in less deflection. Remarkable score depth accuracy. Removable blade holders for faster and easier blade replacement. A hardened anvil roller (60 HRC) to prevent score lines when excessive pressure is inadvertently applied by the blades during set up. And finally: pneumatic activation and deactivation of the blades that’s a step up from the manual activation of our previous scorer. This will reduce your setup time, guarantee your blade pressure settings will never waver and result in less material waste. Best of all, our new RD Scorer can be retrofitted to your existing operation with minimal effort.
Die Swap and Storage System
Faster changes. Less effort. More convenience.
Increase productivity, improve organization, and enhance safety with ETI’s Die Swap and Storage System. Designed with operators in mind, this innovative system is easy to use and requires minimal effort to run. It’s been purpose built for rapid job changeovers to safely load and unload in the most efficient way possible. Plus, it holds up to 12 die-cutting cylinders up to 32 inches in circumference. Require more storage capacity? Our Die Swap and Storage System is totally modular for easy scalability.
