A fresh new player in the team, Szymon arrived at ETI in late 2021, with valuable technical expertise—notably in manufacturing processes and leading-edge raw materials—but also a confessed admiration for his new employer: ‘‘I was already a fan of ETI’s progressive technical approach when I decided to knock on their door”.

Szymon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (specializing in Printing) and a Master’s degree in Management and Production Engineering. Prior to joining ETI, he held various positions at major companies in the printing, flexible packaging and label industries. His solutions and improvement-oriented creed is sure to be a tremendous asset for ETI—but, first and foremost, for our clients.
