Ideal for full-width coating and striped coating, our Slot Die Coating Unit utilizes time-tested technology and is designed to dispense adhesive on any type of paper or film, including clear material for no label look applications.
The unit offers exceptional consistency and operator-friendly features including the ability to easily control temperature, pressure and tension for more uniform coatings. It's offered in several variations designed to meet specific objectives like: high or low coat weight applications, high or low viscosities, UV curable hotmelt versus regular hotmelt, or clear-on-clear applications.

Cold slot die coating station
Our cold slot die coater is the perfect unit for full-width coating and striped coating. Made for water-based acrylic adhesive and solvent-based acrylic adhesive, it delivers precise, even, consistent applications, and is capable of a wide range of coat weights. It is designed to coat on any type of film or paper substrate including clear material. What’s more, it’s easy to operate, and there’s no need for a complete clean up when shutting down because it operates at room temperature. Just cover it up and the operator can start right where he/she left off the next morning.
Pattern hotmelt roll

Our Pattern Hotmelt Roll Coater is for hotmelt adhesives and specifically designed for all types of patterns. It offers operators the ability to print adhesive in any shape and size, and the capability of producing striped coating, if needed. Features include easy operation, reliable consistency, and accurate, clean edge adhesive applications. Its versatile sleeve system means changeovers from one job to another are surprisingly quick. This unit also offers the advantage of applying very low coat weights right down to 4 GSM.
Gravure roll coating station
Easy to operate, the Gravure roller coating unit is specifically made for water-based (acrylic emulsion) adhesives. It can dispense adhesive across the web for full-width coating, striped coating and patterns of any shape giving you plenty of options and is designed to coat on any type of film or paper substrate, including clear material. Coat weights range from 25 GSM all the way down to 1 GSM. Depending on the adhesive, the unit can be used in reverse or forward mode for true flexibility.
ETI melting tank
The ETI melting tank is designed to maintain adhesive at the desired temperature and supply a precise output to the glue head through heated hoses. Designed to integrate seamlessly with all ETI hotmelt coating stations, our melter offers unmatched control and reliability.
